Ron Geraty, MD
Chief Executive Officer
Ronald Geraty, MD, is Chief Executive Officer of AxisPoint Health, and is known for founding, developing, and transforming multiple healthcare companies over his professional career. Dr. Geraty began his career as a child and adolescent psychiatrist in academia (Harvard Medical School). Subsequently, serving in roles including CEO, Board Member, and Executive Chairman, he led companies in psychiatry (Monarch Health, Assured Health, and Merit Behavioral Care); radiology (American Imaging Management); cardiology and other chronic diseases (Alere Medical); diabetes (Sanare); and dermatology (DermOne). Dr. Geraty is best known for growing Alere from $1.2 million of revenue in 2001 to over $500 million in revenue in 2009, while becoming a market leader in remote patient monitoring and population health management. In addition to his role as CEO of AxisPoint Health, Dr. Geraty currently serves on the board of iMedX, a clinical documentation company based in Atlanta.
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Chris Long is a skilled executive with expertise in operations, turnaround, and integration within providers, payers, and population health management organizations. As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at AxisPoint Health, Mr. Long is responsible for developing customer delivery strategy, strategic plans, and growth opportunities; providing leadership for building and sustaining scalable operations; and leading the operations, sales, marketing, account management, product management, and information technology teams. He previously served as president of ClearTurn Consulting, Inc.; Chief Operations Officer of StayWell Health Management; and EVP and General Manager of LifeMasters. Earlier in his career, Mr. Long held leadership and development roles in multiple health care management companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
Virginia Gurley, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Virginia Gurley, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer at AxisPoint Health, responsible for leading all clinical content management activities, shaping the direction of the company’s analytics offerings, and providing strategic clinical oversight for delivery of population health management services. Dr. Gurley brings with her more than 30 years of experience in preventative care, clinical systems design, analytics, and health education. Prior to this role, Dr. Gurley held leadership positions at managed care organizations and care management vendors, including Healthways, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, McKesson Corporation, and Colorado Access. Dr. Gurley earned her MD from the University of California at Davis School of Medicine and her Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.
Mary Jane Konstantin, RN
Senior Vice President and General Manager, CarePoint
Mary Jane Konstantin, RN, is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of CarePoint for AxisPoint Health, responsible for operational, strategic, and clinically-focused leadership behind delivery of the company’s innovative care management services. Ms. Konstantin has over 25 years of experience with clinically-based solution delivery, utilizing data-driven metrics and innovative technology to achieve successful program outcomes. She has served in operational leadership with numerous health plans and specialty providers, including senior-level roles with Ceridian HCM, NIA/Magellan Health Services, and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Ms. Konstantin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from George Washington University.
Senior Vice President and General Manager, GuidePoint
Anne VanBronkhorst is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of GuidePoint at AxisPoint Health and is responsible for all aspects of service delivery and operations of the company’s industry-leading nurse guidance and advice line service. Ms. VanBronkhorst started her career in direct patient care as a provider and has over 25 years of experience in the health care and wellness industries. She has held a number of leadership and managerial roles in operations, project management, and account management. Ms. VanBronkhorst holds a Bachelors of Social Work from The Pennsylvania State University.
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Don Courville is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for AxisPoint Health, responsible for the development and delivery of the company’s technology products and the strategic leadership of AxisPoint Health’s technology function. He has over 25 years of information technology experience focused on healthcare and has held senior IT leadership positions at Adventist Health, Stanford Children’s Health, LifeMasters Supported SelfCare, and Pfizer. Mr. Courville earned a Masters in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Dan Bailey, JD
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Dan Bailey is an accomplished healthcare lawyer and legal department leader with in-house and top tier law firm experience. As Executive Vice President and General Counsel for AxisPoint Health, Mr. Bailey provides legal advice on business structures, organization, governance, operational activities, and contracts of the business; oversees and manages all aspects of the in-house legal and contracts department; and serves as the in-house liaison for all work performed by outside firms. He maintains overall responsibility for AxisPoint Health’s contracts department, including contract policy, strategic positioning, identification of legal risks, and the proposal of alternative structures. Mr. Bailey also is responsible for providing advice on all legal aspects of the company’s operations, and providing leadership and oversight to the Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team. Mr. Bailey earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Business Administration from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.
